Litany:

2.Procession carried out regularly by a rogation chanting the litanies.
Easter is the Christian festivity that is held to remember the passion and death of Christ. The processions in which groups of people walk in a solemn and slow way carrying images pertaining to the passion of Christ are held then. These processions are especially popular in Southern Spain, Andalusia. These images were taken in the city of Granada.
Te women bearers in the processions are totally dressed in black and cover their heads and shoulders with the “mantilla” a black lace scarf. In their hands they carry a rosary, a set of beads that are used to pray in order.
